Remembering Steven Fernandes

It would have been his birthday today September 2. Steve was a vibrant sports person but his greatest legacy was his love for teaching. He was Headmaster and head Football Coach in Kenya/UK. Steve had the steel to do good for others. At one Sunday Mass in Britain, Steve received a standing ovation for bringing "IN" the first Football Trophy since the inception of the school he taught at.

Steve was popular with most folks he came into contact with, including students, parents, grandparents, teachers and people who knew him well. Memories keep those we LOVE in our hearts forever.

A very useful hockey player (which ran in the family) Steve was one of the most fun guys you could wish to meet.
