I’m back!!!
Yes, it has been some months that I have been off the circuit, and that resulted in suspension of your beloved magazine, The Global Goan…
Well, I am guilty of not responding to the thousands upon thousands of messages that flooded my inbox; messages from readers and messages from you, our writers too.
I’ve had a rather very rough patch with my health and that meant admission to the hospital several times and then, I injured my ankle and that called for surgery, which happened a few weeks ago. The stitches are now removed and I will have to wear a special ‘boot’ for six weeks in all.
My asthma is now much better and hospital visits have reduced dramatically with the use of a brand-new treatment recently introduced in Australia. It is amazing how just one injection per month made all the difference. I still have asthma – that has not gone away, but it is much better managed now. Which brings me back to The Global Goan.
To restart the magazine, we need articles from you for inclusion. Therefore, I would very much appreciate an effort from you by way of writing an article for publication. Please do try and send in your work as early as possible as this would help me release the next issue of the magazine earlier.
